Card, gateway, live map
No app to install, no phone permission to chase, and no one typing up where they went at the end of the day.
Give the employee a Smart ID card
An HC02 card on a lanyard, with an M2M SIM already inside. Nothing to install, nothing to charge daily, and no dependency on the employee's own phone.
Record their consent
A card cannot be assigned to anyone who has not consented. The record carries a timestamp and the version of the wording they agreed to, and they can withdraw it themselves at any time.
The card reports during shift hours
Positions reach SmartTrakr through the device gateway. Anything outside the employee's declared shift is discarded at the door — never written, not simply hidden.
Arrivals verify themselves
Managers pin tasks to a site or a map point. When the card enters that radius the visit opens and the task is marked arrived, so a visit is evidence rather than a claim.
The field writes back
From the app an employee adds notes, photos, documents and who they met. Each entry is stamped with the server's time and the site they were at — not a time typed in afterwards.
The day reads as one story
Attendance, visits, routes and the activity timeline land in the portal as they happen, with plan-versus-actual in a single report.

What a manager sees

Built to be defensible
Shift hours only
Location outside declared working hours is discarded at ingest. It is never stored, so it cannot be retrieved, subpoenaed or leaked.
Consent is enforced, not assumed
No consent, no card. Withdraw it and tracking stops at the very next position report.
It expires
Location is deleted after your retention window — 90 days by default, configurable, with a platform ceiling nobody can raise.
Employees see all of this in the app — what is collected, during which hours, how long it is kept, and a button to withdraw. Read our privacy policy.
